Absolutely the best service here from Dr. Lee when you bring in your guitar. The good Dr treats even the most basic, dorm room guitar like it's going on stage at MSG that night. A deeply friendly staff every time I go. We're lucky to have you, Dr Lee and Paramus Guitar Center.

Store has a wide selection of products. But the whole floor always looks messy, and products left by customers never placed back. You have to chase salespeople and cashiers. A lot of merchandise is missing price tags. In general, management in this store is nonexistent.
Only well-organized place is acoustic guitars room. Ask for Kara if you need help there. She seems to be the only person who cares about customers and paying attention to their needs

The place where I buy most of my equipment, definitely it is the store that I think before any other when I need drums, cymbals and drumsticks. The same way I shop for monitors and machines I need on a daily basis. The most professional store for professional musicians.

A very massive place for those who like musical instruments, I always go there, and I always indicate it to my friends, I have a lot of musical friends and they also love this place. It has everything from beginners to professionals and a lot of lighting stuff too... super indicated.

Hi! Shout out to Drew who has excellent customer service skills! A different employee, did not get their name, pretty much shrugged me off and dismissed my questions. Maybe they were having a bad day, but thankfully Drew addressed all my questions without any hesitation. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Update: not once have they reached out to me. If all they will do is copy and paste the response below then I assure you that I will not go back there ever again. Seems like this is an ongoing problem based on other reviews. Amazon did deliver the mic the next day. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION. Lots of turn around at there. Hope a much better retail store takes its place. One not filled with judgemental rejects.

Rude staff. Waited for help and made eye contact with several disinterested employees. Finally stood by their counter to wait for the next available staff member. He told a customer ahead of me to just go to bestbuy instead. After that he took a personal call then tried to help the customer behind me before getting a key for the specific microphone I wanted. He finished with the customer behind me then checked the stock. On top of the long wait and poor customer service, they did not have the microphone in stock either. Amazon will ship it by tomorrow. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. Likely will not go to this location moving forward. I've been there before and had the same experience. Staff are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers.

It is a Big Beautiful location, it is loaded with great inventory, I just received an amazing deal there, trading in my QSC speakers, buying the new models and buying two new speakers and adding an extra speaker, I got the 15% off 36 month finance and fair trade in value for my old set, so you ask why three stars? It took a long time to find someone who was well versed on the speakers, it also was a long process to get the deal done, I was offered an in store insurance policy for two years when the speakers carry a six year warranty, one speaker had to be ordered which is no big deal, but it was a little bit of Inconvenience, overall I am satisfied with my purchase and the deal, the person who took care of the sale was a nice guy and I am comfortable with his help, however they are lucky that I researched and was patient, I knew it was a great deal, I think with a bit of focus this place has great potential because overall I am thrilled with the new speakers and the bargain

Store is just off route 17 and is very convenient.
