I am very happy to be part of the Bavarian Workshop family. I wasn't sure if it was the right place for me as a VW person in the company of mostly BMW owners but Trevor and everyone else are as thorough and thoughtful with my car as they are with all the high end luxury cars. I was bringing my BMW i3 to a BMW dealer for servicing and noticed that the prices were too high. Also, i wasn’t getting the personal service that i would expect as a “BMW customer”. It was more of a corporate environment. I wasn’t a name, I was number 376! Ha! That’s when i decided to make the change.
I have now been bring my i3 to Bavarian Workshop and getting exactly what i want, friendly personal service and a fair price.

I am very happy with Bavarian Workshop. I brought in my 2020 Volkswagen Jetta with some brake issues. I was provided detailed inspection results in a timely manner. The results were on their online portal which included helpful information on each item. Trevor was also very accommodating when I needed a little extra time to figure out payment. The price was a bit on the higher side (though not as high as the dealer); however, the quality of work and customer service I received was well worth the price. I highly recommend!

Bavarian Workshop performed a long list of maintenance jobs on my 1988 M6. The person at the front made sure he understood what I was requesting for every single item. Marc communicated with me multiple times. They are definitely qualified to care for BMW cars.

The people and service at Bavarian Workshop are great.
I took my 201p Mini Countryman in for oil change. They asked me after the service if I hear a loud sound when I drive (which I did but had not mentioned to them). They ran diagnostics, found the problem and fixed it (after I approved the work). My car is running and sounding like new. Fair, professional and friendly.
