I did the group training class with Michael at Lobato Dog Training. Would highly recommend. Michael is a great teacher and my dog made enormous strides in those 6 weeks. And most importantly, I was trained on how to train so I can continue to support my dog with confidence for the rest of his life.

Michael is so incredible at training. We did the hybrid program where we did training for 2-3 weeks and then sent our pup, Georgie to stay with him for training for 2 weeks. Georgie was about 6 months old when we started training. He listens so well. “Place” and “Down” are our most used commands. With this training now we can take Georgie with us basically everywhere! To new houses and around new people and dogs, he’s the best listener and such a well behaved boy. We’re so grateful for all the work Michael put in!

10/10 would recommend to any dog owner. Michael is so talented and is great at what he does. We did the basic training and continued with the free group walks with my Havanese, Nova. We loved learning and working with Michael. We are so grateful for all the progress we had with Nova and Michael’s kindness and patience.

We chose the board and train program because i knew I lacked the skills to be consistent training with guidance! Our boy Fox was in Michael’s care for 30 days and our 7 month old boy came back with so many good traits!

He’s still the fun loving, sweet snuggly boy we loved but he listens better, he is great with his commands and we are continuing to work on the training Michael told us we needed to do daily. I highly recommend the board and train program for anyone like me that is a softy with their dogs! Thanks so much for your help, Michael we are grateful!

Can’t thank Michael enough for all his work with our two pups. We boarded Daizy and Sky with him for about a month and they came back completely new dogs. Sky, our Aussie, especially has struggled with aggression issues since she was a puppy. Michael gave us the tools on how to correct her and how to make sure she can live a happy life with our family and our other dog. He is always there for us if we are having any follow up questions or problems. Daizy was terrible on walks and was always running away. After coming home walks have been so relaxing and she hasn’t ran away a single time. We can even bring her out in the front yard with us, off leash, and she stays right by our side. Couldn’t imagine life now without our perfectly trained pups.

We took our German Shepherd, Goose, to Michael’s boarding program. He came back a different dog. Still his loveable high energy self but so much more manageable. We recommend Lobato Dog Training to everyone looking to train their pups.

We did the board and train with our puppy Hazel. She was highly reactive and a wild puppy that we were in over our heads with. Micheal had her for about five weeks and during that time we got lots of pictures and videos of Hazel doing her training. She is very well trained now but she still has her fun/crazy personality. Even after her training, we are able to do follow up courses and group walks to keep her training up. I highly recommend him for training your puppy!
